With a Master’s degree in Ethics and Governance and another in project management, I am multidimensional and easy to adapt. The Organization “Afrique Esperance” of which I am the founder and the President is the very proof of my commitment very early in favor of the vulnerable layers of our rural areas. Climate justice, climate mitigation and adaptation and human rights go hand in hand. Since the organization of the Africa Carbon Forum from June 28 to 30, 2017 in Cotonou, Benin, I have never stopped traveling the world in the quest for knowledge and experience sharing. From Agadir in Morocco with the 1st edition of “Climate Chance”. There followed several editions of African Carbon Forum and Climate Chance in Africa. It was not until the UNFCCC accreditation was obtained to participate for the first time in COP26 in Glasgow, Scotland in 2021. COVID19 and its corollaries including among others.
Travel restrictions have contributed a lot to following several meetings and conferences online between mid-2020 and the end of 2021. A lot of experience has been accumulated which has earned us today admission to the UNCCD. I understood that to better understand the problem of climate change, it was necessary to be at the heart of the 3 RIO conventions, including the last UNCBD which is busy organizing its next COP15 in Montreal, Canada from December 5 to 17, 2022;
As of today, I have a wide network of relationships within associations, both a member of the CSO panel UNCCD and other RIO conventions, not to mention the range of interactions around consultations with ECOSOC and its subsidiary bodies. I am able to work with or without pressure and my strong capacity in development and project management will be an undeniable asset to support the dynamics of reorganization of NGOs and African associations around a common ideal, that of supporting the realization of the Abidjan Appeal and the noble ambitions of the UNCCD, 1st convention of RIO.
